User Experience is kicking off a project to create better task-based documentation for our users; and for a step one of this project, we want to understand how users like you currently monitor Exchange—both using any SolarWinds tools like AppInsight for Exchange, SAM in general, and perhaps with other tools as well, both SolarWinds and non-SolarWinds. We’re looking for people who can give us an hour of their time any time between Monday, June 20, 2016 and Tuesday June 28, 2016 to walk us through your process for monitoring Exchange and show us the SolarWinds (and other) products which support you in that task. People who participate will get 3000 thwack points, moreover, you’d be helping us improve the documentation in the products you use every day!
