Neighbor Map not working

I am trying to map our core switches and the neighbor map is working on some but others it is showing the following error:

(9/28/2010 6:23:44 PM) SW01(LLDP): Downloading LLDP-MIB:lldpRemManAddrTable...
(9/28/2010 6:23:44 PM) SW01(LLDP): Downloading LLDP-MIB:lldpLocPortTable...
(9/28/2010 6:23:49 PM) SW01(CDP): Obtaining ifDescr values...
(9/28/2010 6:23:49 PM) SW01(CDP): Failure downloading CDP data: insufficient MIB support.

Our SNMP configs are the same. What could be the problem?

Use a MIB Browser to check the CDP cache table 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.23.1.2.1 on that device. That device may not support CDP or may have a bad entry in the table.

My MIB browser is able to query that table on the switch that is error out with no problems.

Just to update this post, I opened a ticket and this was resolved in Toolset version 10.9.
