Alias Names

I am running the latest IPAM 3.0 RC that now has DNS support.

I am trying to search for Alias records, but it doesn't appear to work via 'IP Address Search' fields (even with alias checked on as a searcheable field).

Yet i see the alias records in the 'IPAM_DnsRecord table'.

Are alias records searcheable at this point in time ?...am i doing something wrong ?

Hi Dave,

you didn't do anything wrong. Search of DNS aliases is currently not supported. We are aware of it and have an action item for that.
