We have multiple departement wich manage their own group of sysadmin in our AD infrastructure. Is it possible to assosiate crendentail ring to an AD groupe instead of a user? The EminentWare interface let me do it but I want to know if it is realy supported.
We also have sysadmins that are in more than one departement sysadmin group. I also want to know what is happening in that case. Will they have multiple crendential ring?

No, adding a group under the User Preferences tab -> Add User dialog and assigning that group to a credential ring is not supported. Arguably, our dialog should not have allowed you to add the group. You will need to create individual user accounts, as documented in the Administration Guide.
