Smart Group

Question

Is there a way to create a SmartGroup that list all "Display Names" that start with a certain letter?

Say i want all "Display names" that start with the letter "A" to be in this folder, what would the Regex expression be for that? When i try i get any "Display Name" that has the letter "A" in it anywhere not just the first letter. I just want things that START with "A"

Using "^" at the beginning of the regular expression makes it always start at the beginning.
