network atlas tool tips

This has been driving me crazy and I can't find the solution although I'm sure it's simple. On the solarwinds web console, when hovering over a device included on a network atlas map, the tool tip displays the full html instead of just the tooltip message. Does this in both Chrome and Firefox. Anyone else have this problem or know the solution?

I can't recreate the problem on my install, if you add a new device and leave it unmodified in network atlas does it exhibit the same problem?

When you say it does this in Chrome and Firefox, have you tried it in IE/Edge?

the tooltip appears correctly in network atlas, it's just when i view the map in Solarwinds via browser that the tooltips appear with html tags. This occurs in IE, Chrome, and Firefox

solved. The javascript from my custom 'word timezone clocks' module was interfering with the tooltips. Once I disabled the clocks, tooltips restored.

Michael, no I didn't, it never even occurred to me that I may have had a javascript conflict. When hovering over a device and seeing the tooltip incorrectly formatted, it occurred to me that tooltips were powered by javascript, then it clicked for me. Thanks for your help on this one.

How can I find out what is causing this issue in my instance. I did not get what you mentioned "custom time clock" is it a kind of application that you are running on your system or it comes by default. I am also facing same issue, please let me know how can I resolve this one.
