View Menu Not Working - Engineer Toolset 10.7

Hi, I am using the engineer toolset 10.7 and I cannot use the view menu to view gadgets, explorer, Tabs, external tools, and device properties. I can use the view menu to show devices and the event viewer but the rest of the links under the view menu donot respond. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the issue remains. Does anyone know how to get the menu back or where the settings are saved so i can do a clean install of the toolset. thank you

I tried to reproduce the issue to make sure we didn't break that in 10.7. I have not been able to reproduce that issue. However, you can delete the file that stores the dock window settings and see if that clears it up for you. Shut down Workspace Studio and then delete the following file (we recommend making a back-up of the file):

<Your Profile>\Local Settings\Application Data\SolarWinds\Dashboard\DockWindows.xml

That should put your dock windows back to a default state without affecting any other settings.

Hi,

my first thought is that it might be a license issue. Can you verify your license has not expired, and is still active?

Hello, yes the license is still valid. I'm pretty sure it isn't a license issue. One thing i did notice is if i install an older version the menus that are missing appear briefly on program startup and then disappear once the program finishes loading.
