Old traceroute Solarwinds tool

Hello,

on my HDD I discover old Solarwind !Traceroute version 3.0.6. How I remember I was very sucesfull with this tool. But now when I install it I cant run it. In the Traceroute.log is :

----Main------------------------------------------------------
Cannot open Discovery.cfg

This file must exist in order for TraceRoute to operate.

and same result I recvieve when I click on continue with demo. Appears this error message and program closes. But the file is presented in directory. Can you please help me how to run this tool or has Solarwinds this tool in some new version?

This tool is included in both the Standard and Engineer's edition Toolset-
