What is the best way to show the affect of Meltdown and Spectre on my organisations CPU's?

Okay,
I've done two reports for CPU utilisation for every single server in my organisation and for every single network device separated by Node type.
One report is for 24 hours and the other is over the last 7 days.
This will show me what the utilisation figures look like after patches are applied to counter the dangers of Meltdown and Spectre.
I've scheduled the 24 hour report to send me a copy every day at 9am and the 7 day report to send me a copy on Friday Morning at 9AM. I can always rerun the reports over custom periods of time to show me how my CPU's have been affected if I need to.
I've been told to expect 30% slowdown across the board. I guess my users are not going to be very happy.
Looks like AMD, Intel and ARM chips are all affected.
