Error in log file of APM Probes

I see following errors in log files of SOLARWINDS.APM.PROBES and kept to repeating several times

System.InvalidOperationException: Counter is single instance, instance name '_Total' is not valid for this counter category.

System.Exception: Cannot retrieve data through WMI from target: ip

The above error is repeating many times. Is this gonna cause any issue in my environment. Please let me know and help me to fix it
