We've re-installed our NPM v9.5.1 (different physical box, same IP and name as old box). We can't finish the Configuration Wizard, though, because it is unable to modify some fields of existing tables. For instance, cannot change Accounts.AccountID to varchar(100)(SQL-DMO) because that column is the key for the table.
This causes the Wizard to fail and we simply don't have a working installation at this point.
I remember once before running into this with a failed server; SW support had to take control of the DB server and drop a bunch of tables, views, etc. I'm hoping this info as to what needs to be dropped is on a list somewhere so I can get our service back up before the week starts. (I don't want to simply drop everything and do a clean install, as we would lose our historical data.)
