When I pull certain reports from Orion that are supposed to show all the devices in the database several are missing. When I pull the report entitled Physical Entities (serial number) v2 several I have this problem along with the report entitled Cisco 3750 Stack - Physical Entity. Either the serial numbers are missing from some of the devices that do show up or several devices all together are not showing up. Any Ideas? I also have a support ticket open.
