Sending alerts based on a custom property to specific users.

What I want to do is send alerts from devices at a particular site to the person supporting that site.  I have created a custom property, Sites, assigned to all nodes.  I have not been able to find a way to send all alerts for devices in a Site to the tech that needs it.

Any ideas or suggestions on how I can do this?

we use custom properties for who gets emails..."AlertEmail".  any primary recipients or Distro Lists go in this field.

In the alert, the email field - TO: gets set to     ${...CustomProperties.AlertEmail}

    i.e. if component alert and CP in App is set for unixteam@myco.com

      ${N=SwisEntity;M=Application.CustomProperties.AlertEmail}   and it should send to unixteam@myco.com
