SNMP Traps? Syslog Server stops!

My Sys Admin just installed the Professional Plus Edition, and we're looking for a tool to monitor SNMP traps. The IP Browser lets me look at all the MIBs on my devices successfully, but I don't see any kind of interface for monitoring traps.
Also, the Syslog server program just stops responding after a certain period of time. I haven't determined if it stops after X number of messages or just a set time frame. I have to close it a restart it for it to begin receving messages again.
The app is running on WinXP Pro.
Any thoughts?
