Cisco 5505 monitoring drops

I got a bunch of ASA devices, my 5520s work great but I get all information from the management ports. I am having an issue with the 5505s I can setup monitoring everything goes well. About an hour later it will report as down, I can reset it up and everything is fine again for another hour or so.
No other function of the ASA seems to be effected. I have logging and only see tearups and downs in the log file. When this is happening I can ping the ASA interface, and can ssh to the ASA also.
ASA is running version 7.2(2) I know there is a problem with SNMP in this version of code, but from what I have found it reports incorrect values and does not provoke the symptoms I am experiencing.
