IPAM Upgrade Issue

Hi,

Just upgraded from IPAM 1 to 1.5. I see that our 13,000+ IP's are still in the database, but I am not able to view or add any subnets.

Hi Peter,

Brandon Shopp called and rescued my botched upgrade with a reinstall. All is working now. We were working on it till 6:30 and just now got a chance to update this forum.

That screenshot looks live v 1 and not v 1.5-

Jonathan, the screenshots are very useful.

While the version in the registry is updated, it appears that the website (on disk) has not been correctly updated.

I'd like you to try this:

1) Run the Orion Configuration Wizard, and place a checkbox in 'website'.

2) Step through the wizard to completion.

3) Do a search for "icon.dhcpserver.down.gif". This is a new file that will appear in the IPAM v1.5 website.

4) What's the location of this file? (let's check to see if the files are landing where IIS expects them)

btw, We look for Website "SolarWinds NetPerfmon", and try to update that wwwroot.
