Does anyone know how to increase the timeout setting of Orion IPAM as all credentials have been correctly set or which command to put on the DHCP server which in this case a Router to enable IPAM add it as a DHCP Server without timing out?

Make sure your device responds to all of those commands and the credentials you are using have rights to execute show run
