I need to be able to report in the properties of defined alerts. This is not about alerts that have done out, but alerts as they are defined and enabled.
Has someone created such a report?
The alert definitions are all in XML, so there is no existing function to report on them in a human readable format.
The best work around I have seen in the past was to go to the last page of the edit alert screen where they display all the trigger/reset conditions and action and just copy and paste that into the alert description, then create a report with the alert names and descriptions.
