Engineer's Toolset
IP Network Browser Tool
djrobertsonusa
I am using the Engineering edition V8, when I launch the above tool and select option to discover a node, the tool indicates that it scanned the subnet (host) but does not show the node - this happens if the node/subnet is "off" network. If I select a device on the same subnet then it finds and adds the node. I know everyone is thinking routing, but I am running ORION on the same box and this node is discovered in ORION and shows status up, also ping, telnet and snmp quiries work to the device. Just IP Network Browser fails to add any node that is "off" network. has anyone seen this before?
