My collector is showing up in the console as offline, is there a service that should be running?
I can still connect to the web interface for the NTA and NPM, these both update and appear to be working.
The SolarWinds NetFlow Service should be running. Check to see if the startup type is set to Automatic. If it is, see if the application event log sheds any light.
I have removed the collector and re-run the configuration on the local machine which has resolved the issue. But this is a pain if this has to be done everytime it reports as down.
Is there another way?
