We are trying to understand the InPercentUtil and OutPercentUtil for our routers in our branch offices. If a router's inbound or outbound percentage hits 100% is this looking at the actual internet connection at the branch office and saying you are using the full internet bandwidth? Or is this only looking at it from a router perspective and we are hitting some sort of an internal router limit and it has nothing to do with the internet bandwidth of the store?
