Need help - Numerous mix of components went into UNKNOWN status

How do I recycle APM?

I've had several components (spread among a mix of applications) just go into an Unknown state and I have no idea why.

I can't find anything that looks like a Stop/Start for APM.

I believe that APM consists of the following services: SolarWinds Job Scheduler and SolarWinds Job Engine. Try shutting down the scheduler first and then the engine and restarting in the same order to see if it helps.

Also restart the SolarWinds Orion Module Engine service

That didn't seem to have any effect on things. So, I guess I'll be opening a Support Case on this.

The Windows DOMAIN account used for APM CREDENTIALS had the password changed and it caused these components to go into UNKNOWN states.
