Adjust Memory Used Monitors - VM Memory vs. Guest OS Memory

Hi All,

We use both SAM and VMAN. I would like to adjust the 'Memory Used' monitoring to reflect actual memory used at the virtual/VM level versus what the OS sees. We run a lot of SQL servers in our environment and as we all know, the OS will report SQL as having consumed most all of the available memory. This skews the monitoring and statistics of memory used. So I would like to configure our environment so that we are actively monitoring based on REAL memory usage as the hypervisor (esxi) sees it as opposed to the usage that the OS *thinks* it is consuming.

Can someone provide some instruction on how to go about making this change?
