hey I have an issue, switched computers. had support clear my license, then I installed the 10.8 and tryin to activate but get FAILED. Im also out of maintainance, so support hung up on me.
anyone know how to get it activated?
Make sure you have Internet connectivity at point of activation. Also, did you use your old de-activated key or the new key you got from support?
If those don't help you can follow the instructions in the licensing popup for manual activation.
