IOS Version Change Alert - Help!

Hello-

We used to have an alert that would send us an e-mail when an IOS changed on any of our nodes. It would simply say that the IOS Version changed from _______ to _______ on Node _______. I can't make it work again. I've go the actual alert to work and do what it's supposed to, however, I don't know how to make it give me the changed from version, when it sends it says that it's changed from (current version) to (curent version). Can someone help me out here? Here are screen shots of how I've got this set up.

Variable modifiers don't work with advanced alerts.

Still no Variable Modifiers in Advanced Alerts?

If you really need this, you'll have to resort to creating a basic alert for this purpose.

The modifier you want is -previous. You use it like this:

The IOS version has been changed from ${IOSVersion-previous} to ${IOSVersion}.

Since that isn't an available variable in my list of variables, it will work just by typing it in as ${IOSImage-previous} ${IOSVersion-previous}?

That's exactly right. You can read about the modifiers in the admin guide for NPM.

Is it case sensitive? This is the results of the test after adding -previous. As you see, it didn't work!

IOS Version for USTEST001-1-3845-1.net.bio-rad.com has changed from ${IOSImage-previous} ${IOSVersion-previous} to C3845-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M 15.0(1)M2, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2).
