Problem:When creating a customer 3rd Party Package the following error may be displayed during the EminentWare Package Wizard.

Solution:
Verify that the Users group has 'Read' access to the following registry key.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Update Services\Server
