I got a double whammy a few months ago, after using MRC for years in Windows 7 I reimaged my PC to Windows 10 64 and upgraded MRC to version 12. I got most of my tweaks back, however one thing just seems to stump me. On my previous setup I managed to make MRC always open in a windowed interface with the attached toolbar rather than full screen with the floating toolbar. This just works out better for me, especially while having multiple MRC sessions. I can't seem to find the setting to make this happen again.
Anyone advise on how to make this work again?
