WHD web interface not accessible

Dear friends,

We are new to start WHD for our orgnization, after installing WHD and configure FIPS compatible mode successfully and I can access WHD web interface locally and remoty, then we joined this WHD server to a domain so we change its IP address also from 192.168.x.x to 10.10.x.x. I added this new network in WHD.conf privilleged_networks as well so that PCs using this network ID can also open WHD web interface. But after joining the domain I faced this problem that I can access WHD web interface only locally (only from the same server where WHD is installed). Although I can able to ping this new IP address for WHD server from my clients but I am not able to open the WHD website. kindly point out what thing has to be configure to solve this issue.
