uploading macro to cisco switches

hey,

did any1 of you encounter any problems while uploading macros to cisco switches?

when i try do to so, cirrus seems to send the 'conf t' command, then the 'macro name cisco-trunk' and then waits a few whiles (it's waiting for the command prompt from cisco again, or what?) instead of submitting the macro definition. then it just disconnects from the switch. macro's not uploaded, the rest of the commands are not sent.

any clue?

bighard, this is probably associated with the telnet prompt detection timeout. NCM waits for a newline 'prompt' once it inputs a command.

You can alter this behavior - Change the option Network\Telnet/SSH Settings, Telnet/SSH Timeout to 10 seconds.

Your scripts will still take a long time to run, but they won't time out the telnet connection (Default 40 seconds)
