Interpreting "Top XX NetFlow Sources by % Utilization"

Hi,

I'm using NetFlow Traffic Analysis v 9.0 SP1.

I understand that in the "Top XX NetFlow Sources by % Utilization" screen, any node or interface that has not explicitly been added as a NetFlow Source to monitor, will show up in Italics. What I don't understand is why they even show up. Under what circumstances could a node/interface show up? They don't have 'ip flow-export destination <NTA_IPAddr> 2055' configured. Hence they don't show up as a potential node/interface to Monitor in NetFlow Sources. So then how would it show up in 'Top XX NetFlow Sources by % Utilization'?

This can happen if you previously selected these interfaces and removed them from the NetFlow sources.

They are probably still listed in the NetFlowSources table although they are disabled.

I advise you to open a support ticket and send the diagnostics in order to figure out how to safely purge this table.
