Endpoint details blank in Netflow interface details

Hi all,

Very much a Solarwinds noob here so hopefully this isn't too sily a question, I have an endpoint in my netflow interface details that is showing a blank hostname, when you try to expand it it errors and advises to hit F5 to refresh. I have tried that but still nothing. It's actually doing a fair bit of traffic and I am having trouble hunting this endpoint down. Has anyone got any ideas why NTA wouldn't be able to display a hostname? This is on our internet interface so it is traffic coming from outside the network.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

That's a bit worrying

Is this the only endpoint which exhibits this behaviour when you try to expand it? You could run a packet tracer (Wireshark etc) pointing at the device that is pushing data to it, see if you can get an IP address that way, but from NTA I'm not sure why this would be happening, I've certainly not come across this problem.

Have you tried stopping/starting the Orion website or the Orion services? That might help if it's something screwy with the website. Failing that log a support ticket

I have logged a support ticket, that's pretty much the only thing I can do now. Even when you drill down into Top Protocols and Top applications it still shows as blank.
