One alert for multiple custom properties?

I recently had to create multiple custom properties for reporting purposes. Now I'm trying to update some alerts to adjust for this and I'm not sure I have this right. I'm hoping one of you smart people can let me know if I'm on the correct path. Our server nodes have been divided into three groups (servers, Public Safety, and Dev/Test) I want to make sure that the Node Down alert that was created for just one group (servers) will fire when any node in any of those groups goes down. Will this trigger configuration work or do I need to make other changes?

I think the condition "All child conditions must be satisfied (AND)" is confusing me. I keep thinking that I need to change that to "At least one child condition must be satisfied (OR)". As you can tell I'm a little new to this and working with what was left for me.

Well your trigger looks for Nodes that are equal to server 'and' Public Safety 'and' Dev/Test 'and' Unmanaged 'and' Down.

'Or' is the way to go, unless you want your trigger to only fire when all of the 'AND' statements are fulfilled.

I would probably try a bit of 'AND' and a bit of 'OR'.

"server 'OR' Public Safety 'OR' Dev/Test 'AND' Unmanaged OR Down"
