If you are looking at writing a MIB get Larry Walsh's SNMP MIB Handbook. It can you a lot of headaches.

I need create snmp agents to my old suse linux servers, to monitoring cpu, memory and disk usage, is there any way to do this ?
Since this is a Linux system you should install net-snmp which should allow you to collect this type of data.
