Report to help with PCI validation

I am looking for a way to create a report for a list of hosts which would validate patch status for PCI related devices. I need to report on the following Windows Update statuses:

Not downloaded/installed

Downloaded but not installed

Failed install

Installed pending reboot

Is it posible to query for these states?

All of this information should be available in the standard report: Computer Update Status which is found in the Windows Server Update Services Analystics reporting category.
