Help with UnDP and alerts

We created some UnDP's to poll our Juniper SA4000's to monitor concurrent users.  We would like to alert at a certain threshold and obviously recover at another threshold.  We can't seem to get this and the email to work correctly.

 

Here is what we have in NPM:

The concurrent users part is broken, but the Sign in Web Users is right.  How do I alert when that goes over 200 and generate an email for something like "date/time device and # of users.

We finally managed to get it working with the latest version.  Some was hokey with version 8 and 9 with the UnDP.

 

We are polling 1.3.6.1.4.1.12532.12 as a rate, GET NEXT and Node.

 

We are doing advanced alerting and triggering on: Rate is greater than XXX.

 

The alert manager doesn't seem to like greater or equal, so we went with greater.

 

Here is the message:

Alert:

${AlertTriggerTime}

High # of SSL VPN Users on ${NodeName} 

# of Users ${CustomPollerStatus.Status}
