I am the new user on Solarwinds Platform.
Need some more clarifications over the few topics. I hope you will help me out on it.
Why Web Service access only is required while you are creating a new user in ServiceNow for Solarwinds Incident Tickets mapping?
I have created 2 ServiceNow Instances in Solarwinds but one of them is getting down for that I have checked in Solarwinds::
Https Proxy and ServiceNow credentials are Successfully finished there is no problem.But one of the Service Instance is getting down.
Apart from that Suppose I want to Create ServiceNow Incident for a node then what we have to do if already it is already existing in the network. In order to create
In order to create a ServiceNow Ticket, we should go via trigger action only or need to do some changes in Properties like I want to alert on Node ....etc

Create a ServiceNow integration user with Web service access only
- Navigate to the user administration section in ServiceNow, and create a new user.
- Provide a user ID, a password, and other required information.
- Specify that the new user should have Web service access only. ----------------------Why Web Service ?
- Edit the newly created user, and add the
x_sow_intapp.integration_user role to the role list.
