I have a problem with NCM. Can I use snmp instead of telnet on the device to be able to download its config? When I try to click the node and the “Action” button it says error on the tftp. I’ve tried to test the toolset downloader, same result. I have enabled tftfp undp port 69 inbound and outbound on my windows 2008 server and still I can’t download successfully. But its working when I use protocol “Telnet” instead of snmp. What could be wrong? Did I missed something here?
