orion ncm error Connection Refused. Device IP:****************

Dear All,

When I click to validat login credential so its result is ok.

but when i click to download config through telnet the error generates:

orion ncm error Connection Refused. Device IP:

so kindly tell me asap

You may have to set the ENABLE setting if you have that set up in the device.

Try that and see what happens.

In other words, login to device. Do you have to then enter "Enable"?

when i have set it to enable level then an error occur on validating the login credential the login faild to enable level.

but upto now i dont understand that what is the enable level

Hi,

Even m facing the same issue. M able to validate the login but while downloading the config its showing an error as Connection refused. Their is no enable level set on the device.

Can you please suggest what changes i need to do in order to download the config.
