Posted, sorry for taking so long. This is the message from the "bell" on the menu bar. We are currently not using NBAR2 and I do not want to be kept being told that I have NBAR2 devices.

That is what I want to disable. I know about using the "x" to dismiss the message but it told the same thing everyday.

It is more annoying then anything else.
