We have been doing cut overs for namy of our locations. Today I noticed that on the email alert the variable ${Node.city}, ${Node.state} was not showing in the email message.the message looked like this:
The location of this Cisco 1841 is , .

when we took a look in the system manager under advanced alerts the message had not been altered in anyway. I looked through the manual but still havn't found anything that would be very useful. I know there is a contact sheet that pulls that contact information from but I am not sure where on the server it would be. Does anybody have a suggestion????
