High CPU Utilization with Top 10 Processes alert not sending out the alert notes

I have enabled our high cpu with top 10 processes alert which executes the APM\SolarWinds.APM.RealTimeProcessPoller.exe program and successfully puts the top 10 processes into the alert notes. However the email is sent without the alert note in it - just blank space. Am I pausing for enough time or is there another alert variable to use here?

You upgraded to SAM 6.2, right? If so, open a case with support. There's a hotfix in the works that solves this.

I would like to see Top 10 processes output tweaked to MB instead KB. Is there any way get that? Thanks in advance!

I checked the commandline parameters and indeed, there isn't an option like "-h" (for human-readable).

This sounds like a great feature request for aLTeReGo, bshopp, et al to consider.
