Another Application has exclusive access

I have just completed virtualizing my orion server using a P to V. I was able to move the license, but when I open the System Manager, I receive the following error:

If I click cancel, it allows me to access everything. It is more of just an annoyance. I am running 9.5 SP5. Thanks.

have you uninstalled the orion from the original installation? If not, you may stopped the solarwinds network performance management services and set it to manual/disable from the original installation (not on the VM)

I stopped all services on the physical server.
