Fault and Performance Monitoring

I emailed the sales rep regarding the Fault monitoring product. I downloaded it and really like the product. But as far as i can tell this product does not support out of band access which makes it useless for a zero down time facility.

Can anyone help.

I'm not sure what you are asking for when you say "out of band access". That's kinda generic.
