Who to ask questions about product sizes in the Thwack Store

I am trying to order the Women's Solarwinds zip up in a 3XL as the chart shows on the picture, but when I try to place the order in the drop down, it only goes up to XL. Can someone please let me know if it is possible to place a 3XL order for the women's zip up jacket (whether you have previously ordered one or maybe someone from Solarwinds that provides the fulfillment)?
