Hi,
We have implemented incident alert (triggered to service now tool) on CPU usage information with the threshold set.
Please find the attached alert condition and the script inside description part of the 'Trigger action'.
Now we need to include the top processes which consumes more usage in the same alert itself.
Kindly help us in including the same in the description part of the incident.
