Does anyone know how I can create a report to show "'network uptime-Measured as a percentage of time in the month that network services are functional"
This is precisely the information that the out of the box Application Availability Reports provide.

I am looking more for network then application. I am wanting to specify specific switches and there availablity rather than an entire network.
Sorry, but the title stated "SAM", so I assumed you were referring to applications. For network devices I would recommend using either the Node or Group Availability reports in the Report Writer. The node availability report can be customized to include specific nodes, and the group report can be filtered to a specific group or selection of groups.
