I think it would be helpful to have an on/off toggle button/link at the far right of the tab menu bar where we can turn on/off auto refreshing of the page. Some of the reports or views I look at take a long time to run and put a temporary tax on the server. It would be helpful to be able to turn off the auto refresh temporarily without having to go to settings every time.
