Stopped receiving traps on certain devices?

We have stopped receiving trap messages on certain devices. I have gone through and restarted all services for SNMP and trap services. This started on the same day that we changed passwords for the email account that receives the alerts. Orion has been updated with the new passwords but it seems odd that only certain devices have stopped receiving traps. Has anyone else had this issue?
