No ipMonitor cannot process NetFlow data, you should have a look at Orion NetFlow Traffic Analyzer for that.

may sounds like a daft question, as the answer is most probably in the title, but can this be integrated with IPMonitor?

No, NetFlow data is only available from within Orion.
