Is this part of the NetFlow Analyzer trial download?
I'm getting dotNet 2.0 errors with Netflow:

I uninstalled and re-installed everything, not getting any errors anymore, however I only get data for 3 nodes/interfaces even though I've setup 8 devices to send netflow info. Using ethereal on the pc with the netflow analyzer I see udp netflow packets but the analyzer doesn't seem to see them.

we are having a similar problem where we can verify that the netflow info is being sent to orion, but the routers and netflow information is not being displayed

Asking the obvious, but have you confirmed that Orion is monitoring the nodes and interfaces that you are expecting Netflow data for?
NTA should produce a status message if it is receiving Netflow data from an interface that is not being monitored - do you have this panel on your home screen so you can see these messages?
